Here in England ‘never-in’ but followed COS madness for over 15 years and you have been my go to....so excited about the work Apostate Alex has been doing here. Hope to be at the protest in East Grinstead this year....yet to listen to the podcast with Alex, looking forward to it.
Incredibly detailed coverage, you are almost giving consultation to the good guys with your understanding.
Great humor by the Judge re Hubbard being at Mars, then that'd be another matter.
(Or better, if a Judge ever knew that LRH has stated he planned to come back, then reneged and told Sarge he's "not coming back". It is truly weirder than the outsiders even joke, and they don't know it, but if they knew LRH planned to do the "OT Running Program" as Hubbard's next "case" fixup action on his soul, that'd be a step in the right direction of the broad public being totally up on Hubbard's deeply held dreams for the future.)
(There is so much deeply held ideas top Scientologists, Sarge in particular, heard from Hubbard's mouth in the end of Hubbard's life, the "failure" admission and LRH telling Sarge he's going to go circle a star and "rehab" himself by doing so, ties into the Hubbard "Cause Resurgence Rundown" writings which hundreds if not thousands of Scientologists have read, so an informed well studied/trained Scientologist when they EVEN read the final pages of Lawrence Wrignt's "Going Clear" (and better, on Expanded Kindle edition of "Going Clear" you have the Wright interview with Sarge to view and hear) and you find out Hubbard did not plan to come back to earth, but instead go circle a star, which is the OT Running Program, a pure soul flying around a distant object, like a star, to "rehab" themselves by this "causative" circular flying---the earth bound version of this Hubbard "tech" is the Cause Resurgence Rundown---something the public ought to be told because THAT IS the far fetched Hubbard final intentions/dreams for himself.)
Great coverage, Tony! Question: might Scn be using their intimidation tactics on Leah's attorney(s) as you mentioned that she didn't respond as she should have to the RTC's claim that the suit didn't have anything to do with them.
Good observation. I think it's nothing new that this organization in its fanaticism pushes every button possible, like when they make them write letters and letters to ruin Leah's reputation, etc., so to think that in this case they don't already have plans A. planned (A1, A2 A3..), and B... C.. and Z, of very different nature, would be, I think, very innocent on our part at this point in planetary life..
AI in Justice, perhaps it is not so far-fetched.
Just as some police officers in special units put on balaclavas, Justice professionals should be able to work with real peace of mind, and not just in appearance.
Of course, defendant David "he is NOT insane!" Miscavige would, if he even knew about it, rather not be a part of this lawsuit.
Why not, you ask?
Well, on a rare occasion time when DM did do a deposition, it went well - for lovers of enlightening information everywhere. From http://alley.ethercat.com/wackycultnews/
Thanks Tony, so good to see you looking so well again :-)
Come on team! Stay strong! Have all your shit together! Let’s beat these guys! We need to beat these guys!
I’ve missed your reports from court. Thank you.

Good review. Thanks Tony!
Thanks so much for the update, Tony. I am glad to hear that the judge seems to be a good pick.
