NBC showed Cruise about 80 times during yesterday’s Olympic coverage, watching gymnastics and other events, letting people take selfies. I even saw one woman stroke his hair. But the camera never panned out enough to show his handlers clearly.
Why couldn't Mr. Cruise put on a more formal suit for such an important occasion? He looks like he just crawled out of bed and doesn't quite know what is going on.
I wholeheartedly endorse the following quote. "And also, he’s a huge piece of shit, but the media is always too afraid to say so."
Tom spends a lot of time in the UK because there are good film technicians here, and we offer various incentives in return for filming here and bringing wealth into the economy.
Maybe someone tasked with promoting French commerce thinks that they can leverage this whole Olympic thing by persuading him to work in France, instead - if the pot was sweetened with an artistic honour for making a series of very commercial films?
Normally France supports arts over commercialism. Sorry to see them support a successful commercial actor/producer who left his moral compass and quality acting efforts behind, when he jumped back into Scientology, after a brief stint out of the cult with Nicole Kidman.
Yashar Ali’s anology of Scientology and N. Korea is spot on. Cruise supports a devious, toxic, destructive, abusive, exploitive and fraudulent organization. Success in business is no gage of sanity. Cruise deserves razzy award for duping his audiences into thinking he is a hero. He is a Villian of gargantuan proportion. Bad call France.
I’m flabbergasted. I thought the French had better taste than that. Sticking to Olympic highlights I guess because I really don’t want to watch the Tom Cruise show featuring a few other people doing some sport things. I hope this medal backfires on Rachida Dati. There was certainly a reason the medal was presented in a secret ceremony.
