Slick move!

Let's hope the press catches on to this.

Burn!

Whatever happens, this has the makings for a PR distaster for the cult of $cientology.

Valerie Haney perfectly illustrates the word, 'cheeky'. Playing with Mike Ellis may be fun, but eventually some $cieno in 'good standing' will have to be chosen. Or maybe the judge will have to pick them by himself. The Garcia model may come into play at some point. In the meantime, I will enjoy seeing all the $cieno 'clebs' being called in. I wonder when Danny Masterson will be called?

I wonder if Mike Ellis actually talked to Moss? In any case, Ellis could whip up a phone log or any paperwork to 'prove' that he did communicate with Moss. Cough, cough.....the $cieno smoke does get in my eyes.

Valerie is having to guess who is in good standing with so many fleeing the sinking ship every day. She only knows for sure the celebrity scientologists who are still saying they are scientologists are in good standing.

The problem with this scam arbitration at this point lies in finding people in good standing. Maybe a scientologist who is believed to be in good standing actually is, but who knows, they may be under the radar. It’s going to be slim pickings finding someone who is low enough profile who they can still intimidate into finding her guilty.

I guess Masterson isn’t really in good standing, though.

Well played. Keep it up. Once the judge sees that Valerie keeps selecting arbitrators for the scam arbitration, yet no one is willing to serve, perhaps Mike Ellis will be questioned as to why no one is available. By taking his time to respond p, then requiring rapid response from Valerie, the Judge will hopefully see that this scam is what it is.

This is hilarious! I see quite some potential damage to Scientology coming from this.

Tony,

Please send this to anyone who is going through this phony nonsense with the Cult of Miscavige—the coward hiding from being served who would probably never allow any real arbitration for any former members suing his cult for issues that he is likely solely responsible for. There are still MANY people who call themselves Scientologists in the Free Zone that they could select for arbitration without “corporate Scientology” involvement to hamper or manipulate the process. Doubtful that the cult could make an argument against that type of a selection. If it were me, I would simply point out that the cult has no intention of abiding by its own rules because it has doctrine that precludes helping SPs to begin with, and select a few people from the Free Zone group as a reasonable alternative. See my other comments about the labor trafficking case.
