We all have our hobbies, Shawn. OK, perhaps Jenna Elfman's extracurricular obsession with equine erotica is a bit niche, but so too is whittling 🤣

Ah, Valerie and Graham have driven Little Lord Pimpslap into fits of Macallan-fueled rage...

I WISH scientology "scripture" (i.e. policy letters, books, etc.) would be added as footnotes in these motions to really emphasize how disingenuous their legal arguments are...

There is a Steve Martin gag where he says that if you create a hostage situation one of your demands should be to remove the letter M from the English language, so that you can use the insanity plea if you get arrested. It could be that everyone but Emily Jones is a letter M.

So if Ms. Haney talks with a Scientologist in good standing to ask them to participate in the arbitration, they are no longer a Scientologist in good standing because they have talked with her.

I wish she could talk with all Scientologists. There would be no one left to dole out lower conditions or whatever.

Love it. But I'm still unsure why the court is letting this arbitration to proceed as is. The process seems to me to violate so many limitations in California related to employment arbitrations.

These are religious arbitrations, not employment, and the legal system is exceedingly reluctant to intervene in religious matters. It's so frustrating.
