It’s sunrise here in Northern New Mexico. My first read is your email posting. Yes, let’s keep their names as Jane Does for now, maybe always. This criminal case has far more serious issues as I suspect you agree. As of yet and imo, I haven’t seen the defense score any points, just regurgitation of prosecutors questions. Eagerly waiting the morning break report. Hang in there for the plaintiff’s! 👏👏👏🙏

Welcome to the party David Boies, et al. Plenty of room on the Group W bench and we have some nice wine today. I await with much pleasure, any protection for the rights of the Jane Does.

I literally broke down in tears reading this. The Philly lawyers were/are so disheartening with their stupid grammar mistakes and seeming lack of understanding of who they are dealing with. I have been heartbroken and was losing hope as far as getting any kind of justice for not only the Jane Does but for Valerie and others who can't seem to find justice - at least not yet.

😂 Welcome to the party, Mr.Boies! Yikes, you have so much wit and class Tony! I hope the Teeny Tiny Cult Leader is quivering in his itty bitty briefs. Thanks for the detailed updates :)

Glad Bois is seemingly offering his services on behalf of the three Jane Does. I hope this is an effort to offset his odious reputation as a ruthless, intimidating shark of a lawyer, e.g. Elizabeth Holmes case, etc. It’s never too late to do the right thing.

Boies is only representing Jane Does 2 and 3. Jane Doe 1 has her own Marsy's Law legal representatives.

If he can do something useful for them perhaps he may begin to atone for his disgraceful behaviour while representing and sitting on the board of that other destructive cult, Theranos.

Mr. Boies also represented Theranos. He screwed the pooch on that one.

Lawrence Wright in one interview calls the "ex's" as "mules" in his narrative story coverage of the Scientology story.

You Tony, are truly one of the best "horses" to bet on for holding high moral standards in covering stuff.

I'm so glad to hear of this pro bono work by a top lawyer/firm.

The history of pro bono law firms helping in certain cases would be a great book, or ongoing web site to have for posterity.

The history of pro bono high moral law firm work, ought to be one of the top internet sites, if it doesn't already exist.
