Well, you see, Tony, it's not merely about excluding you from the court room, it's also about requiring you to turn over all your notes and correspondence, ever, to the legal representatives of the criminal organisation known as the "church" of $cientology! It's their first amendment right to act out the religious instruction from L Ron Hubbard that "The law can be used very easily to harass" - so, cough up those notes!!
The discovery process can be used very easily to get information to the Co$...
I think Tony needs to address the fact that Katherine J said, under oath, that Tony did not have her consent to publish his article about her. She said he wouldn't take it down after she asked him to.
First off it's ethically questionable to say the least. It makes me feel icky for reading it at the time, knowing that Katherine J was in such duress about its publication. Tony didn't address this in his update htis morning, only about the "recording" aspect.
I'm Team Tony on gawd, and think he does a great job, but this just don't sit right with me :(
I'm with you. This makes me very uncomfortable that Tony calls this an interview and the survivor does not. I hope that once the trial is over and he is not under subpoena this can be satisfactorily and honestly explained.
I’m having a hard time seeing how Tony’s interview with the witness would benefit the defense. Except to nitpick tiny differences in the stories. They’re re-exposing the victim’s mainly consistent story to the jury. And it looks petty of the defense. Do they expect every report, interview, testimony, or statement to be absolutely identical with others? But maybe the CoS would sacrifice Masterson’s defense in order to just get their hands on Tony’s material and provide an opportunity for a very noisy and very public investigation. Let’s hope freedom of the press wins out tomorrow. Hang tough, Tony!
LOL thanks for the laugh - you’re happy about having Shawn Holley’s and Tom Mesereaux’ signatures to add to your collection 😆 but I agree, why slow things down by hauling a journalist to the witness stand. They need to just get it done!!
OK Tony, who's going to be taking notes of YOUR testimony?!
Will the harassment ever stop? Oh, wait, this is Scientology. Of course it won't.

Seriously, good luck and be careful.
Amazing! Ten minutes outside the courtroom, the process server walked up and served Tony! 😎
Dear Tony, No good deed goes unpunished. This is "Cohen's Revenge". Keep calm and carry on...we all have the utmost confidence in you. Our hero.
Crazy! Sending Love.💞🤑😝
How annoying
Wow. Tomorrow should be some day to remember.
How fast can you talk?

Geez, Ortega, why you gotta be such a drama magnet? 😂
Curious to know the specific reason(s) for Rapey Masterson's defense lawyer to subpeona Tony.
Gotta replenish my popcorn supply...
