Great evidence, great journalism. And for this not to be in a legal case when it clearly is relevant, is a sign of the flaw in our legal system.

If it does surface in the evidence in the legal case in court, would their response be that Danny was researching and wearing a character's behavior in life for increasing his actor authenticity when he portrays the nasty character in a movie or TV?

In either case, it's such relevant info, and ought to be remembered, and now it can be.

Media and the press "try" issues and people sometimes more thoroughly, and my understanding is writers and fiction books end up telling more truth since they can include all the evidence and history courts don't admit.

The 'donkey punch' moniker is something that should haunt Rapey for the rest of his life. Will it affect his criminal trial? I have no idea, but the judge will be the one to decide if it is relevant. It should be another nail in the coffin, but I can easily see it being a bone of contention in any appeal.

All I see is two actors milking it for all it is worth. Valderrama has had a very good acting career is not implicated in any crimes. I wonder if he has any info regarding Rapey and what went on at Rapey's parties?
