We have something pretty special for you today, and we need to do a little work to explain what it’s all about. Underground Bunker readers have appreciated the initiative that former Scientology London staffer Alexander Barnes-Ross has been showing in recent months, and we had a lot of fun watching him hold a three-day protest at Scientology’s IAS gala weekend at its UK headquarters, Saint Hill Manor, in East Grinstead, England, in November.
My opinion regarding the East Grinstead city council. Follow The Money. Somewhere, Scientology is using leverage over some local vendors or suppliers who are pressuring the city council.
East Grinstead town council seems to think that by putting their heads in the sand and chanting 'nah,nah, nah....' ad infinitum Alex and his FOI requests will go away. How butthurt is that?
I’m glad the poor ol’ harassed council has contacted the ICO.

At least, the ICO won’t have to dig far when competing requests start arriving. Here’s hoping that the Streisand effect will undo the best laid plans of councillors and of victims of the mind-fuck perpetrated by the criminal organisation known as the “church” of $cientology.
I wish we could send WBM to accompany Alex to East Grinstead. He could provide an important perspective on how Scn, Inc. tends to treat local governance.
1. I would love for there to be an interview with the councillor who resigned.
2. Is that seriously the only communication regarding Alex? Is that what they are claiming?
3. If the UK was still fully part of the EU I wonder how GDPR would factor in here.
4. ALEX: Do politicians or other public servants have to report regularly their activities, funding, gifts, etc.?
5. I am still confused. On what (legal) basis are they using to 'ban' the Underground Bunker? How can they prevent someone ftom attending public events?

Alex, I feel the Council has dragged out the communications thinking you'd shrivel up and go away. They didn't realize how convicted you are to reveal, not only the coonnection between the Council and CoS, but certain members, AND the abuses continuing in a cult posing as a church.
I've never been involved with CoS, but applaud your tenacity. Much love 💜

I find it interesting that EG council has so much to hide that it is issuing SP declares now. I hope you and Alex both call their bluff and go to ICO.
