By now you’ve probably seen the mugshot, first posted by TMZ, which indicates that Danny Masterson was moved this morning from Men’s Central Jail in downtown Los Angeles to North Kern State Prison.

My first thought looking at his mugshot was that he looked like a street hardened criminal. Looks like I’m not the only commenter who thinks that.

Is it just me, or does it almost look like he’s trying not to smile? It’s in the eyes. Ugh.
I bet he’s *certain* he’s going to beat this on appeal.
I thought it looked like a smirk, myself. He has nothing but contempt for the’wog’ legal system, and I don’t think he has accepted his fate.
