Hm. He didn’t rape people concurrently. I think his sentences should be as consecutive as his sexual predation.

My thoughts exactly.

Ditto to what Elwyn said -- my first thought as well.

No sentence is long enough in comparison to the years of torment these women have been through.

No matter what Scientologists do, they embrace the fallacious premise that they are the elite homo-novus super beings of the universe. And their cause of clearing the planet justifies anything they do or say regarding their personal actions. The fact that the church has stood by Masterson shows what a sham the Scientology Ethics/Justice system is. I think almost every former member has had an experience where a criminal act was committed against them or involving them and it was justified by the church or the criminal church member. And at some point they all said “enough” and left.

The Danny Masterson rape case now historically establishes how Hubbards organization views the law of the land and the human rights of ex-members and non-members.

And with the Leah Remini’s defamation fair game trial we will get to see direct criminal acts committed against an ex member whose only crime was expecting scientologists to follow their own code of ethics.

For people who know little about Scientology the message is very clear. The word Scientology has become synonymous with fraud, human rights abuses and criminal members who are protected by their quasi religious organization.

I’m curious to see how the great leader David Miscavige will handle the further destruction of the cults already blackened reputation.

Geoff, the Intergalactic Napoleon is all about cash, Macallan, and beating/pimping his slaves. He gives a fuck about " the church " or its reputation, his screeching press releases notwithstanding. He is petrified of being held legally responsible for ANYTHING that might land his sorry punk ass in prison.

Mind on his money, money on his mind...

Has the Clampire reached that level of organization madness that denotes an inability to do the work? All those mOrgs that were supposed to be open in the first quarter are still empty and I don't see any attempts to fill the auditing rooms or even sneak NarCONon or Applied Scholastics into any venue.

Today's $cientology is just an ego stroking machine for the Whales. No one else gets that treatment in today's Clampire.

Finally, the pimp will continuing pimping until he exhausts his supply of slaves...

“ I think almost every former member has had an experience where a criminal act was committed against them or involving them and it was justified by the church or the criminal church member.” Yup. Protection of the criminals and further victimization of the victims is a “religious sacrament” in scientology.

You worded that perfectly.

victimize the victim not the perp.

Their “religious sacrament”.

Today is gonna be a rough one for Danny, doesn't matter if he's ready for it or not.

He's gonna be dressed up in his prison uniform all shackled up. Then he has to sit there while these victims just absolutely shred his shit. Then our girl Judge Olmedo gonna smack down all his expensive fancy legal motions, then she's gonna let loose on Danny's goose.

He's lucky if he's not crying by days out. Then?!?! Time to go to big boi prison where you have a roomate and you dont have a private suite all by yourself. He's gonna have to aclimate FASTTT.

He will continue to experience the abject terror and hopelessness that his victims felt. In the prison social hierarchy, he is one step above the bottom(child molesters). Dudes will be clamoring to "put in work" on him: regular, vicious beatings. It's a sad state of affairs in most American prisons when it comes to that, but that's the reality. He and his family can look forward to being financially bled as well; he'll probably be paying one or more people "rent"...His postulates and "tech" will not attenuate his suffering.

Expand full comment

Probably cheaper “rent” than the money scientology has been extorting out of the family all these years. It will be interesting to see if the family can afford both scientology and prison extortion.

"And at some point they all said “enough” and left. " Geoff Levin said it perfectly. The asset stripping, mind bending and face ripping are built in and will never change. Forewarned is forearmed and I hope the lessons of the Masterson trial become very widely known. That way all the superior a-holes will know where to go and everyone else can avoid $cientology like the plague that it is. It is too late for the supermarket tabloids to feature this story this week. But watch out next week. The Masterson story should do well at Court TV and the other TV gossip shows.

Sit carefully Tony, that pain in the crotch will go away after a few more weeks. And no bike riding until you are not in pain. The Palisades are not going anywhere and the fall colors will be great in another month. I hope Jeff Augistine is in the courtroom, his reporting is very good.
