Well the defendants still have a chance to use their peremptory-- if they ever get served, so this may still not be the judge who hears the case.

Hahahahaha! But you see, He who must not be served cannot be one upped and must therefore order his attorneys who are only representing him to say that they don’t represent him to demand a peremptory on the grounds that Leah did.

It really is a shame there are NO Common Law Courts. Misavage and co., would not be able to hide because We the People could arrest him and haul his ass to court. The jury would be his peers--US and I'm feeling kinda bias, I'd vote to make him pay reparations, damages, refunds, whatever, and make him work for free FOREVER!!!
