That means I did the part time job of filing the paper work "weekly reports" and other paper traffic, which the staff of AOSH EU sent to the then Flag Management. Hubbard wrote a series of paperwork rules and steps how to deal with the paper work. Org Flag Officer was just a clerk part time job, and each of of the Flag Bureaux's staff members were assigned one or more "orgs" to be their paperwork file clerks, LOL.
You did a lot of double duties in Sea Org when you worked at the "Flag Bureaux" level.
I liked the AOSH EU staff, they were smart diehards, and their language mish mashing was hilarious, a sub language even.
A better fit to the suburban satanism / alien ghost exorcism sold by the criminal organisation known a the "church" of $cientology would be the former circus building, the neighbour the other side. Happily, that place is still doing an honest business as a fancy restaurant / events place / night-club cabaret kind of place.

Are there any estimates somewhere as to how many of those people are "new" (i.e. joined since 2000, perhaps)?
I don't know if there's any way to calculate or figure out those that are 1st, 2nd, 3rd Gen versus those who came from the outside.
