Thank you, volunteer correspondent!

After Scn, Inc. received their tax exemption in 1993, I visited the IRS Reading Room in Wash., DC with other critics, to go over the 12 linear feet of documentation submitted. There was within these papers descriptions of entities comprising Scn, Inc., like “Building Management Services” and others, each listing officers and agents.

It seems like there have been many, many changes to that structure over the past 3 decades. Enough to warrant a review.

Well done and well written volunteer correspondent. Shell companies and other 'where can we hid the money corporations' are a pox on the body politic and need to be reined in. Good luck with that, too many very rich people own or rent enough laws and judges to keep that water black.

What is it with the CO$ inability to obey simple accounting procedures? Why apply for a certain tax status and then fail to obey its strictures? I am guessing that some overlord didn't read the not so fine print and would not let the financial dogs out. VC (volunteer correspondent) gets that perfectly.

Miscavige made a huge deal out of preserving Hubbard “Standard Drech”. And I know millionaire donors who donated huge sums to buy titanium plates of Scientology’s important bulletins. And I remember Craig Jensen showing me the special titanium storage safe he bought “just like the ones they used to store LRH materials.” He was so proud. Only cost him, $150,000.

This is the ultimate in elitism. Just another way little Davey scammed us to add to his his billions.

"admin" is not Sea Org members' strong suit, especially "wog" admin.

LOL.

Really, all the decades I was Sea Org, Dec 1975, to 2003 I quit finally, and to today, the legal filings required by law in countries and USA, and states, just don't expect Scientology staff to be up to doing it.

Scientologist staff incompetence, and being run ragged by the Hubbard dodging rules, and Hubbard incompetence also.

Only if Scientology spends MORE of its money and hires more lawyers and accountants to do Scientology's required paperwork will Scientology do that paperwork.

Left to their own devices, Scientology staff will leave "wog" paperwork and regulations to last, unless they are RPFed for it.

All the former college educated accountants in the movement have been busted or quit, or are sidelined today.

Hubbard's required in house paperwork takes precedence over "wog" required paperwork, and lack of Scientology staff personnel to do the required "wog" paperwork is the ultimate problem.

SOLUTION: Rebudget ALL funding for lawyer hired PIs that Scientology has hired to harass critics and enemies of Scientology, respend all those funds on outside accountants and lawyers to do Scientology's required "wog" paperwork, and set up something permanently so funds are automatically spent to keep up all required "wog" paperwork forever. (Cut out the nasty OSA money wasted making the world hate Scientology all the more, all the time.) (You're welcome WDC OSA, who will never do the above, but you should!)

WDC OSA. should be doing the solution I wrote above, but they never will, since doing anything to really fix Hubbard's arbitraries and going against Miscavige's style, won't happen. Fixing Scientology isn't per Hubbard policy, so it won't happen.
