We’ve taken an excerpt from it that we think you might find interesting, because it answers the question: What might Danny Masterson have answered if he’d testified in his trial and was asked about his notorious DJ moniker?
I can honestly say this is the very first time that I haven’t been able to watch a Bunker video all the way to the end. I had to stop after his description of using a kidney punch instead of a blow to the back of the head. It made me sick, mad, and sad all at the same time.
WTF 🤬 This is the framework of his narcissistic personality and his crimes. His nonchalant way of throwing the phrase around is sick. It’s interesting how he deflects from the actual prison meaning to how he relates it to women. The violent act of punching someone during sex as to “tighten the lower back muscles” is in fact violent, Danny! Scientology has groomed this rapist from a child to a washed up celebrity with a “god” complex. My only hope is that someday he will pay for what he’s done and he suffers a far worse fate than the women’s lives he destroyed.
This is why Masterson will never testify. I think the judge needs to word clear “prejudicial” and “probative.” If Jane Doe 4 testifies, Rapey could very well get convicted. I do hope that Mueller and the DA staff try this case again. A few tweaks and I see an orange jump suit in Danny's future.
Danny M is so obviously morally corrupt - this video is absolutely abhorrent. I am so very sorry for his rape victims. He has no conscience, no shame and no respect for women. Bastage.
I am just filled with angry emotions. He is such a mean, awful, sick, disgusting human being. I can't even type his name now that I've seen this video. I hated him before now I hate him even more! I know hate is a strong word and I very seldom use it but I do hate HIM!!!!
I saw that they wrapped up the Harvey Weinstein case and got a verdict. Many of the charges against him were dropped and he was only found guilty of one thing. That case had TONS of evidence, many more witnesses, etc. The jury had difficulty coming to a consensus. Weinstein's case seemed much more prosecutable and they still barely got a conviction. I believe these sexual assault cases are very difficult for juries to act on.
With an actual assaults or a burglary the jury can make a decision but in these rape cases, it seems they side with the accused and tend to not believe the women. Why they think a woman ( or multiple women) would want to go on the stand and be grilled about their sex life, usually with many negative things being implied about them by the defense is beyond me..
With all the evidence continuing to add up here, the prosecution must move forward with a new trial in March. The added ammo for conviction is compelling. Will there be a new judge? Perhaps a new judge will see the importance of allowing scientology tactics into evidence pertaining to Masterson behavior and the manner in which victims have been treated in this case.
